Return Policy

Bay State Tackle stands behind the quality of our products and wants you to be satisfied with every purchase you make.

We will accept unwanted product in unused, unaltered condition with original, undamaged packaging or defective product within 30 days of purchase for refund, credit or exchange, unless an exception noted below applies

We will apply your refund, less shipping and handling, to the original form of payment. If you would prefer an exchange, we will send it promptly. If you are returning items that were ordered as part of a promotional discount or were bundled, we will gladly accept the return; however, the value of the discount, free product, or gift card will be deducted from your reimbursement.

Shipping and handling is non-refundable except for defective items.

We assume no liability for loss or damage of return packages. If package was damaged during transit please contact the shipping provider to refuse shipment.

The following exceptions apply:

Your satisfaction is extremely important to Bay State Tackle. If you need to return a product, we will make every reasonable effort to satisfy you.

We apologize for any inconvenience, but we do not accept returns on products that are more than 365 days from the date of purchase.  Please contact the manufacturer for assistance with your return.

How to Initiate a Return
Bay State Tackle requires that all returned goods have a Return Authorization(RA) number assigned in order to receive credit on your account.

Returns are to be shipped prepaid by the customer unless shipped in error. All goods returned will be charge a 15% restocking fee. For any shipping errors, or missing merchandise, customer service must be contacted within 3 days or all claims are void. Items shipped in error must be returned in their original state in their original shipping cartons.
